Celebrate one special lady with our Bridal/Baby Shower package. This two hour package for up to 20 people includes: Chairs, 6' Gift Table, Music, 6' Refreshment Table with Sparkling Water, Sandwich Platter, Fruit Platter, and Cupcakes Add-ons: Additional Guests ($10/person), Flowers, Photography The Elopement: $1,950 (subject to taxes) This elegant ceremony with gorgeous photos includes three hours onsite for up to 20 people, plus: 1 hr Rehearsal, Bride/Groom Suite, Officiant, Arch, Chairs, Photography, Bouquet, Boutonnière, Welcome/Cake Table with 6" Cake, Ceremony Music, and First Dances. The Micro Wedding: $3,150 + Caterer This stunning ceremony and reception for up to 20 people and six hours onsite includes 1 hr Rehearsal, Bride/Groom Suite, Arch, Officiant, Chairs, Music, Bouquet, Boutonnière, Reception Tent, Tables, Linens, Standard 2pc Table Settings, and Welcome/Cake Table with 8" Cake, cake stand, knife and server. We realize no two weddings are alike so we've put together a list of services you can add-on to the above packages, followed by answers to a few frequently asked questions. We hope this simplifies your planning and helps make your dream a reality! Feel free to ask if there is something important to you that you don't see listed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes; beer, wine, champagne and one signature cocktail are permitted with a banquet permit, insurance (available for $175 through WedSafe) and a licensed bartender. We can serve the alcohol for an additional fee.
Tell me about the deposit.
At contract signing, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be payable via Venmo. The balance is due 30 days before the event.
What if it rains?
Weather is always a possibility and we include a reception tent with our Micro Wedding Package. Your ceremony may be a little wet, but those clear umbrellas make gorgeous photos!
What catering do you recommend?
A lot has changed in the last year, local catering included. Here's a few places you can start with: Hilltop Catering, Crave Catering, Jalapeños, Boundary Bay, and Old World Deli. If your event is 18 or less people, you may be able to arrange a simple delivery from your favorite restaurant via Uber Eats or Viking Food Delivery.
Can we decorate?
Yes! Please do. We love seeing couples make this space their own. The contract details what you can and cannot do on the property.
Can we change the guest count later?
If we can source additional tables, chairs, linens, and table settings needed for additional guests, yes you may add guests. Final guest count will be required with the final payment.
Add-Ons/Upgrades:
- Additional Guests: $25/person for Elopements, $50/person for Micro Weddings
- Additional Time: Add extra time to your rehearsal or wedding day for $150/hour to get ready on site, decorate your event, bring a picnic for rehearsal, or just to slow down a bit on your special day. Max 9 hour events.
- Aisle-to-Table Flowers: We offer a variety of gorgeous arrangements that can be used in the ceremony and reception, including: Arch Flowers $125 per, Bridesmaid Bouquet $75 per, Table Arrangement $75-125 per, Shepherds Hook Mason Jar Arrangement $25 per, Cake Topper $25, Boutonnières $20 per. All prices subject to taxes. Florals are available in white, blush, colorful, moody, and pink arrangements.
- Wood Table Upgrades: Give your event a rustic feel with gorgeous wood tables and benches. 8' Farm Table + Bench rental is $100 per set (seats 8-10), and Sweetheart Table rental is $100. All prices are pending availability and subject to taxes.
- Table Settings: We can set-up and clean-up your reception with Standard ($2 per item), or Elegant settings ($3 per item). Available items include: napkins, flatware, white plates, china plates, goblets, water glasses, wine glasses, toasting flutes, and tumblers. For example, a 4pc standard set-up is $8 per person and includes a fork, knife, dinner plate, and water glass.
- Hair/Make-up: We can recommend talented stylists that will come onsite for bridal hair/make-up; bridal services typically start at $200 per and take about 60 minutes. A trial is included.
- Photography: Saving the best for last! Wedding photography is one of the most important piece of the day and we've selected a small handful of talented and experienced wedding photographers that we LOVE to recommend for your special day. Pending availability, photography starts at $350/hour (+ taxes). Engagement session add-ons are available, too
